1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Winbook" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the winbook brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses winbook's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Member on the winbook platform.
• "Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in a Member's account, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, rewards, or promotional offers granted by winbook to a Member.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that Members must complete before a withdrawal is processed.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Service" covers all games, features, functions, and content made available through the winbook platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the winbook platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering as a private individual, not as a representative of a company or other entity.
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is strictly prohibited by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

3Account Registration

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. winbook is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Winbook recommends using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or proof of address. All documents are securely processed using our encryption system.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Winbook supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and selected international bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Winbook does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or third-party payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances where an alternative method is required for technical or security reasons.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Winbook offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty programs. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated at the time the offer is released.

The general principles applicable to all winbook bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, residential address, IP address, phone number, and bank account.

• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of their validity period.

6Game Rules

All games available on the winbook platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent certification body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including winbook itself.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is available in the respective game information. RTP values represent a long-term average and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, winbook will use server data to determine the actual game outcome. winbook is not liable for losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the Member's end.

7Member Conduct

Winbook expects all Members to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or customer support staff.
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. winbook reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8Data Privacy & Security

Winbook values the privacy of every Member. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy ours, which can be referenced in detail on the relevant page.

Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Your financial and personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the Winbook platform is secure and free from malware. Winbook is not liable for any losses arising from security vulnerabilities on the Member's end.

9Liability Limits

Winbook provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winbook is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during play, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Data loss due to unforeseeable hardware or software failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Winbook's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements.

Winbook reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning multiple accounts.
• Threats or abuse directed at Winbook staff.

In cases of disciplinary closure, Winbook reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the completion of an internal investigation. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited in full.

11Responsible Gaming

Winbook is committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

Our platform provides the following self-control tools for all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Cap the total amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum time limit for each game session.
• Self-Break: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently closing the account for those who require more serious intervention.

12Terms Updates & Applicable Law

Winbook reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the winbook platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which winbook is registered. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
